I’m experiencing a technical issue. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble! If you're experiencing a technical issue on the Jalebi app, try these quick troubleshooting steps to get things back up and running:

  1. Sign out of the app (if you’re able to)

  2. Delete the Jalebi app from your device (don’t worry—this won’t delete your profile!)

  3. Clear your browser cookies and cache using the instructions below

  4. Reinstall the Jalebi app from the App Store or Google Play

  5. Sign back in to your account

You may also want to try clearing your browser cookies & cache: 

On iPhone (Safari):

  • Open your Settings

  • Scroll down and tap Safari

  • Tap Advanced > Website Data

  • Select Remove All Website Data

On Android (Chrome):

  • Open the Chrome app

  • Tap the three dots (top right corner)

  • Go to History > Clear browsing data

  • Choose the time range you’d like to clear

  • Make sure to check Cookies and site data and Cached images and files

  • Tap Clear data
