Sometimes your subscription gets paused, leading to error messages in the app. You can resume it from the Google Play Store, and then it will get re-enabled in the app. Please follow these instructions to resume:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store. On the web, similar steps can be done at g.co/play/subscriptions
- Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Tap the 'hamburger stack' menu > Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to start again.
- Tap Manage > Resume.
